Shannon Stagman is a Research Analyst on the health and mental health and early childhood teams at NCCP. She currently serves as the Evaluation Project Coordinator for Project LAUNCH NYC, which aims to expand early childhood mental health supports in high need communities in New York City.

Prior to joining NCCP in June 2009, Shannon completed her Master’s degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan.
